Service Policy
- You must deliver or send (at your own cost) your Mac to our Broadway office.
- After a repair or purchase quotation has been approved, payment must be made in cash, by bank transfer or by certified cheque before any repaired machines or second-hand purchases are provided.
- Microseconds does NOT have credit card or EFTPOS facilities available.
- Service and parts are guaranteed by Microseconds for three months from the date of collection (please retain your purchase receipt).
- All equipment must be collected (or the freight paid for) on second-hand purchases or repaired items before collection.
- All care will be observed when customer equipment is in the possession of Microseconds and it is covered by our contents insurance policy.
- No parking is provided but there is ample (metered) parking in the area. Reasonable assistance in moving equipment can be arranged upon request.
